RICS Home Survey – Level 3
Our Level 3 Home Survey is the most detailed inspection available under the RICS framework—ideal for older properties, homes that have been extended or significantly altered, or where visible issues such as damp, cracking, or roof problems have been identified. We carry out a thorough inspection of all accessible areas, providing a clear, jargon-free report that explains not just what the issues are, but why they’ve occurred, what they mean for the property, and how best to put them right.
