Allan Williams-Jones joined in 2018 bringing a wealth of experience gained both internationally and domestically to deliver client focused project work. Allan specialises in development delivery from initial inspection, navigating planning pitfalls, contract administration to final completion. He has worked on numerous schemes on a wide variety of residential and commercial buildings. Allan has played a lead role in providing repair and maintenance advice and overseeing major refurbishment projects. Allan maintains a diverse workload and takes great interest in building diagnostics and performing general condition and building surveys.

Rob Huthwaite

Director

Over the last 40 years Rob has focussed primarily on development, from the initial proposal through to handover of the completed scheme.

He has worked on virtually every type of building from airports to museums and from industrial units to care homes. Planning is a particular interest of Robs and he has a track record of achieving consents through his skilled and thorough approach and dogged refusal to take no for an answer. Rob understands the drivers that make a scheme work and can help you realise the full potential of your development.

An experienced and highly organised Company Secretary with over 30 years’ experience supporting both large and small building consultancy firms. Skilled in all aspects of back-office operations, regulatory compliance, and financial administration, with a proven track record of streamlining processes and ensuring efficient business support. Dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience, and widely recognised for a calm, professional approach and in-depth knowledge of property-related matters across Bristol and the wider South West.
